The ultimate homemade pizza, delivered

My role was to conceptualize the look and feel of the photography, set design, and props. I art directed and prop styled the photo shoot coordinating with a freelance team made up of a photographer, food stylist, and prop stylist. My inspiration was drawn from the turquoise blue waters of the Amalfi coast, texture of travertine, and coloring of terracotta. The sets were custom made for this project based on a series of mood boards. I then worked with developer and designer Madison Walls on the digital presentation which combined a step-by-step practical guide on how to make pizza with our tried and true dough/topping combinations. Utilizing our existing Washington Post Recipe Finder database we were able to have the full length recipes in printable and scaleable form.
